Yarn

Classic Romney, made with wool from our own flock of Romney sheep. Depending on how you knit it, it's an aran or a bulky. Easy slub, single twist yarn with a soft lustre. Knits to 18st by 24rows on 5mm needles, or 17st by 22rows on 5.5mm needles recommended (but works well on from 4.5mm to about 8mm). Weight: 50g. Length: 75 metres approx.
