All the yarns in the Aragon Yarns range are made with 100% Romney wool from our own flock of Romney sheep. It has been sent to the foothills of the Alps in Italy where is has been carefully washed, spun and dyed by artisans with decades of experience, to give you pure, luxurious yarn.

The Romney Shearing Competition will be held again this year at Aragon Farm on 21 June from 8.30am. Shearers from around the world will be competing to be the champion in various classes. Fleeces will be available for purchase! The Kent Guild of Spinners, Dyers and Weavers are doing a Fleece to Garment challenge through the day. Other attractions are country crafts, hog roast and burgers, licensed bar including local ales, ferrets and chickens, sheep dog and gun dog demonstration, and a coconut shy, plus lots more!
